I offer therapy and spiritual mentorship for individuals and couples who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and care. I also teach kids and adults yoga, with a monthly Family Yoga class where the two can create connection and have fun with the whole family.

Therapy

I offer individual and couples therapy for those navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, anxiety, burnout, grief, and the long, non-linear process of self-understanding.
My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy — which means I believe the stories we carry shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you, and gently re-author the ones that open space for more agency, self-trust, and possibility.
Whether you’re a creative, a caretaker, a cycle-breaker, or someone simply longing to feel more you — therapy can be a place to slow down, feel heard, and build the life you want on your own terms.
I work relationally and collaboratively, honoring your lived experience and inviting curiosity, clarity, and compassion into the process.

Spiritual coaching is a space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your inner knowing. It’s for folks who are feeling untethered, in transition, or longing for something deeper — whether that’s a sense of purpose, clarity, belonging, or connection to something greater than yourself.
Unlike therapy, spiritual coaching doesn’t focus on diagnosis or clinical concerns. Instead, it’s a collaborative, present-focused relationship that supports your personal growth, meaning-making, and inner freedom.
Together, we might explore:
Life transitions and soul shifts
Connecting with your intuition and body wisdom
Unlearning internalized beliefs and inherited stories
Building practices of self-trust, compassion, and grounding
Spirituality outside of religion (or alongside it)
Navigating grief, creativity, identity, or a sense of “stuckness”

My approach is person-centered, intuitive, and non-dogmatic — rooted in deep listening, storytelling, and a belief that you already carry wisdom within you.
Spiritual coaching is available virtually and is open to clients both in and outside of California.

Family & Kids Yoga Workshops

Family and Kid’s Yoga classes are a playful blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Each class invites children and caregivers to explore yoga through stories, games, music, and creative expression—helping little ones build confidence, focus, and emotional awareness while strengthening family bonds.
Classes weave in breathing exercises, simple mindfulness practices, and trust-building activities inspired by developmental and relational principles. Whether we’re stretching like trees, breathing like dragons, or relaxing together in stillness, these classes nurture presence, joy, and connection for the whole family.
